24 providers now: Qwen Cloud joins, cookie authenticated against home.qwencloud.com.

Provider logos carry their real brand colours. The popover was redesigned: one hero number per tile for the window that actually binds, tiles sorted by whatever runs out first, a pace line under each bar, and error messages that tell you what to do.

Fixes Gemini token refresh, which failed with HTTP 401 because the OAuth client id was paired with an unrelated Google client.
