First initial Beta Release of Torch Engine - 0.1.0

This is a port from Psych Engine 1.0.0/1.0.1 build, it initially started from Psych 1.0.0, then in the past couple of days I have made it the same (with extra stuff as well) as Psych 1.0.1. I do plan on getting it all the way to 1.0.4 at some point, but for now, I just want to show off the small amount of things I have already done. As there are so many changes before this release, I have them documented in this file, pay no mind to "listOfThings.txt" as I have stopped paying attention to it. Anyways, hope you enjoy the beginning of a new port of Psych Engine, which will be called Torch Engine.
