Bug-fix release.

Fixed

• multikey version, multikey help, and shell completion no longer trigger the first-run setup wizard. Previously the "It looks like this is your first time…" onboarding prompt fired on every command when no config existed, hijacking commands that need no configuration. Onboarding now only runs for the bare multikey invocation and commands that actually use a profile.
