Safer handoff confirmation

  • Migrated goals are paused by default; the target session restates the handoff and waits for confirmation.
  • Use --continue only when the target should proceed immediately.
  • Success output now includes the exact target session title and ID.
  • The README now uses the project social cover, links the Awesome DeepSeek Harness listing, and explains preset factory vs Bridge.
  • Verified end to end on the official dsh 0.1.0-rc.8 WebUI, including restart persistence.

Install:

dsh plugin --profile web add github:Totoro-qaq/dsh-plugin-bridge#v0.2.2

Restart dsh web, then type /bridge.
