EncoreMP V0.90 beta release

This is the third public release version of EncoreMP, V0.90

There are many changes to the engine and overall feel of the game, so all feedback is greatly appreciated!

This release requires you to use the ESP file EncoreMPV090.ESP for balance reasons. EncoreMP will run without it, but many of the adjusted systems will not be balanced without the ESP file. This file is bundled in this release version.

This version also includes an optional ESP which adds some new content, the optional content ESP overhauls birth signs, races, and delays tribunal assassins spawning until level 10.
