ReactJS virtual DOM integration

This update integrates React virtual DOM to the chat area. Previously, you wouldn't be able to copy text during text streaming due to the DOM being refreshed continuously. This new update fixes that issue, meaning you are able to select and copy text even when the text is being streamed. This will be beneficial for those with low token per second speed.
