1.0.1 V2: Fixes for relative directories

Should set the working dir when launching the config.txt to the same dir where the exe actually lives. This should fix it running the specified exes within the root where the launcher lives.

Should now work with file paths like this as well

same folder = program.exe
1 deep = .\dir\program.exe
direct = C:\SOME\FILE\PATH\DIRECT\TO\program.exe
one up= ..\program.exe
