Changes

  • Deliver incremental text and tool-call output for opt-in Chat Completions, Completions, and Responses streaming.
  • Retain owner-scoped durable jobs and signed receipt evidence for streaming requests, including interrupted streams and acknowledgement recovery.
  • Add read-only idempotency-key job lookup for recovery after response headers are lost.
  • Preserve request deduplication, bounded stream buffering, and existing receipt verification.

Compatibility

Streaming remains opt-in with stream: true; omitted or false continues to return JSON. Reasoning output policy is unchanged. Provider protocols, model calibrations, catalog entries, and contract code are unchanged. No store migration is required.

This is a source-only release. Installers build binaries on the target host; no unsigned native executables are distributed.
