Core 0.2.243 keeps active provider routes reliable across cold admission and settlement recovery.

• A sole eligible provider receives the configured admission window instead of having it divided across connection phases.
• Safe admission retries remain limited to failures before provider work, spend, or metering begins. Alternate eligible providers are still preferred when available.
• Valid terminal inference results remain deliverable while their existing receipt settlement is reconciled, without rerunning inference.
• Tier 4 provider identity remains separate from the verified execution tier used for admission.
• Contract version 26 adds the audited recovery path for explicitly reversible provider KYB revocations and retains authenticated version 25 history replay.

The signed catalog remains unchanged. Existing calibrated models do not require recalibration.

Validation included the gateway unit suite, source-build contract, paid streaming and non-streaming API requests, structured output, embeddings, and paid image, video, speech, transcription, music, and workflow requests.
