Source-only bugfix release.

  • Fixes co-resident provider memory admission by avoiding double subtraction of already resident host or unified memory.
  • Keeps concurrent model starts serialized while their loads are in flight.
  • Preserves process-lifetime reservations for dedicated VRAM.
  • Retains the canonical Needle CPU/CUDA catalog introduced in v0.2.54.

Build from the exact v0.2.55 tag; no unsigned executable assets are published.
