Grayed out options in advanced settings

Thanks for the great app. I'm not sure if I found a bug or just unable to get the settings right...

TrackerControl from F-Droid, Version 2022.02.10-fdroid
Device: Fairphone 4 5G, Build FP4.FP3T.A.107.20220316

Bug description:
Settings > Enhanced Settings: The following options are greyed out and cannot be used:

• Import hosts-File
• Append hHosts-File
• Track network usage

Addition, for the sake of completeness:
Settings > Backup: Both Export and Import are greyed out as well.

Unfortunately, reinstalling TrackerControl didn't help.
