New Functionality

Added support for custom substitutions. (e.g. s => 0)

Bug Fixes/General Improvements

Numeric processes now retry 3 times in case an unlucky sampling caused us to fail to solve the system.
Output sorting has been overhauled to be much more robust.
Memory usage and control are significantly improved.
Output is now directed to a folder. By default, intermediate output files and the final results are both directed to the same folder. Users may change this by simply giving a file path (relative or absolute) instead of a file name as input.
