What's new

README.md now mentions the use of a sysimage to reduce load times
Modified PLD.jl to always retry a few times if it fails to get the Euler characteristic
Fixed broken logic that was sometimes allowing some numeric processes to slip through without being started
Added alternative files and a shell script to exemplify use of PLDManager with larger compute clusters. (note this code is just an example of some code I used for a project. I expect that anyone using a compute cluster can modify it or write their own version without much help)
