How to request change of station name

A station I frequent regularly is listed under an incorrect name. It seems it exists parallel to the correct station name but all trains use the incorrect one.
I tried looking for its incorrect name on the transitious.org route finder and it doesn't seem to exist there.

This issue began with the transition to transitious as a data provider.
I also use travelynx which is listed as a user on the transitious website and the incorrect name doesn't exist there either.

There is currently no official process to fix this, but if you give me the station ids, I can fix it manually.

Ah, Okay.

It is just a minor inconvenience, but over time it started to bug me a little.

I do apologize for the noob question: How would I retrieve the station ID?

There are some funny stations. E.g. Herrnburg in Mecklenburg. There seems to be many, many stations over another. Look at the shadow of the pin at the Debug Map

@MrKrisKrisu so I checked the debug map and finally found the station everything seems to tie to:

the station ID: 37642014

the incorrect name "Rostock-Matienehe Sporthalle"

the correct name being "Rostock S Marienehe"

It looks like everything (tram and S-Bahn) ties to the station that is in fact just the rail replacement bus station (it's still the incorrect name).
25877 would be S-Bahn, and tram 84402 (northbound: Mecklenburger Allee, Rügener straße) and I guess 168726594 southbound. But as kpleiss already suspected there are multiple stations there.
