0. Before we start

A few mods are required for scripting in MTR mod.

Also, to make code explanation easier, we'll be using the Template Resource Pack.

Required mods

• MTR mod (v3) + NTE mod, OR
• MTR mod (v4) + JCM mod (v2)

Template Resource Pack

M-Train with InfoPanels, a modified version of MTR mod's built-in M-Train which added InfoPanel, a mimic of the LED screen seen on some Hong Kong MTR trains.

The Template Resource Pack comes with MIT license - you're free to modify and use the Template Resource Pack, whether you want to edit of content of the InfoPanel, or move the JavaScript code to another resource pack.
