Fixed

  • Prevented stale completed-task summaries from hijacking conversational replies.
  • Improved intent detection so requests like "make it blue use codex" classify as action requests.
  • Removed task_status from generic conversational fallback tool set.
  • Sanitized task_status summaries to strip embedded structured lifecycle payloads (thread., turn., item.*) and bound output length.
