Added

  • --each: one full, redacted report bundle per session into --out-dir, plus INDEX.md and index.json manifests. Batch runs auto-redact and fail closed.
  • --deterministic: pins the generation timestamp so re-running on the same session produces byte-identical artifacts.
  • Model-refusal capture on plain User:/Assistant: transcripts and on the ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, and Gemini adapters, not only Claude Code.

Changed

  • Refusal overrides are no longer promoted into correction chains or eval candidates; refusal/decline types no longer quote refused content as a requirement to honor. The refusal itself is still recorded.
  • loadRedactedTree split into collectSessions + treeFromSessions; single-run behavior unchanged.

166 tests passing.
