TreeTrace 0.8 packages the typed rejection/refusal work into the public release.

Highlights:

  • Adds .treetrace/rejections.json and treetrace --rejections.
  • Tracks user-declined tool calls, interrupts, text declines, tool execution errors, permission denials, and model refusals.
  • Updates schema/docs for v0.3 rejection metadata.
  • Adds MCP tree and rejections_summary support.
  • Refreshes fixture-backed public examples, including a new rejection-focused example.

Validation:

  • npm test passes 142/142.
  • npm pack --dry-run verified the published package contents.
  • Published to npm as treetrace@0.8.0.
