PaperExplosionResist v1.0.1

New version of my old ExplosionResist plugin, for PaperMC 1.20.5+ only.
In 1.20.5, PaperMC switched to using Mojang mappings for the server, meaning that this plugin won't need to be updated on new minecraft versions.

This will make the plugin much easier to maintain, so I appreciate your understanding.
No versions 1.20.5+ will recieve any compatibility or support for SpigotMC, and for versions below that you should use the original ExplosionResist plugin.
