v1.5.9 - CRITICAL FIX

Root Cause Fixed

ALL modal dialogs used ComponentDispatcher.IsThreadModal which returns false in certain contexts, causing DialogResult to never be set. This broke:

• Coordinate picker (always returned 0,0)
• THEN/ELSE branch add (action added but not displayed)
• All action edit dialogs

Fix

Replaced all IsThreadModal checks with try { DialogResult = true/false; } catch { Close(); } across 9 dialog files.
