• Sweep-first define-custom-floors skill. The workflow now leads with a whole-codebase scan and presents the full candidate floor list up front; the interview moved to a refine step. Removes a self-contradiction that produced thin first drafts. Every floor ships thorough, code-derived keywords, and path floors propose exclude_paths for their test/example subtrees by default.
• floors check --preview now prints an "and N more" marker when a floor's file listing is truncated, so true coverage breadth is never hidden.

The 0.19.39 server prefix rule remains live; no redeploy needed.
