feat(release): publish TNMSO with 2026.10805.0

Summary

• add the TNMSO Obsidian plugin with safe static MDX previews
• publish Obsidian-compatible manifests, release assets, CI, and version synchronization
• bump all release surfaces to 2026.10805.0 and fix current Rust/packaging checks

Verification

• TNMSO: 17 tests, typecheck, ESLint, build, package, and distribution verification
• repository: cargo fmt/check/clippy and 407 Rust tests
• GUI: 138 UI tests, 18 Tauri tests, and Linux bundle build through artifact generation
• CLI/MCP: release builds plus packed global-install smoke tests
• workflows: actionlint
