Added new translations for Indonesian language within comments.json and ghost.json.

It also includes translation for "You are receiving this because you are a %%{status}%% subscriber to {site}." and its coresponding strings ("free", "trialing", "paid", and "complimentary" ).

For the sake of maintaining consistency with existing translations, certain terms including "email" and "browser" are intentionally left as English loanwords.

Translation adds unintended colon to Email label

The translation for "Email" is set to "Email:" with a trailing colon, but the original English key "Email" has no colon.
