Fixed member welcome emails with template tokens showing as edited

Closes NY-992

• With a welcome email that used a template token like {name}, opening the editor and then immediately trying to close it (without edits) would incorrectly show the "are you sure" dialog. This is because the editor updates the content for those templates, so it seemed like the form had been edited.

TK --- The code that's in this branch currently fixes the issue, but it makes it so the dialog won't show if you just enter/remove one character, so need to adjust the approach here.
