Summary

• bump ghost/core optional sqlite3 dependency from 5.1.7 to 6.0.1
• add a workspace resolutions entry so knex-migrator also resolves to sqlite3@6.0.1
• refresh yarn.lock for the new sqlite3 release and its transitive dependency updates
• avoid mixed SQLite client versions in the install tree while keeping the existing install-script approach
