feat(gui): Add Sparkle framework runtime path configuration for macOS

- Set BUILD_RPATH to include Sparkle download directory for runtime linking
- Ensures Sparkle framework is properly located during build and execution
- Maintains consistency with existing Sparkle integration on macOS
