feat(usage): add collect_upcoming_resets helper Flatten all account metrics across provider groups whose resetAt falls in the future window (now, now+horizon], sorted ascending by resetAt. Percent uses per-metric used/limit clamped 0-100 (ratio displayStyle also reports percent), no cross-metric aggregation. now is injected for testing. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
