Replace runtime backbones with live discovery

Summary

• replace static company/faculty runtime backbones with rules-only live discovery skills
• add discover-company-candidates and discover-university-candidates
• update thesis-finder docs, command simulation workflow, eval visuals, and release notes
• add four new thesis simulation personas: Timo, Simone, Marvin, Lilly

Validation

• python -m pytest: 33 passed, 10 skipped
• /commands before/after comparison: baseline mean 20.0, rules-only mean 20.75, all gates passed
• new student simulations: Timo/Simone/Marvin/Lilly all 20/21 with evidence discipline 3/3

Notes

• .simulations artifacts remain gitignored and were not committed
• .simulations.zip remains untracked locally and is not part of this PR
