feat(ios): add KuF barcode card

Summary

• add a KuF card screen in the iOS campus section for scanning and saving the Hochschulsport barcode locally
• render saved barcodes using the detected scanner symbology, including EAN-13 for the decoded original KuF barcode format
• add local persistence and focused tests for saved ticket formatting and lifecycle

Notes

• Apple Wallet support is intentionally not included because Wallet passes require signed .pkpass files from a Pass Type ID certificate flow.
• The original screenshot barcode decoded as EAN-13 payload 3600728197043, so the in-app renderer now supports that format directly.

Verification

• XcodeBuildMCP simulator build for TueAPI succeeded
• XcodeBuildMCP simulator test TueAPITests/KufTicketStoreTests passed, 3/3 tests
