[Bug]: night vision below y=0 completely blacks out

What happened?

when i use potions to enhance vision, everything goes black below y=0. for example, night vision, then go below y=0. i only tried on wasm but ill assume it fails on others as well.

How to Reproduce

1. Drink night vision potion (3:00 or 8:00, doesnt matter)
2. mine to below y=0
3. experience blindness
4. drink milk to regain y=0 sight

That is interesting. It even happens with Fullbright on. The only variable is the night vision. Added to the todo list.
