These builds are not signed for distribution.
The disk image is ad-hoc signed and not notarised, so Gatekeeper
refuses it; the Windows installer is unsigned and carries an
unsigned driver, so SmartScreen blocks it. Getting past either is
a security decision you are making yourself —
