TurboSign for Salesforce 1.1.1. Upgrades install over 1.1.0 and 1.0.0.

Install

Choose Install for Admins Only, then follow the setup guide.

Fixes

  • Messages that mention a {token} show the token name as written.
  • If a send may have gone out but its log couldn't be saved, the rep is told to check before sending again.
  • Preview values in TurboSign Setup formats dates and values the same way the send does.
  • Remove buttons in the builder are named for screen readers, and the record hint text is corrected.

What's new

  • Signed files saved back to Salesforce. When everyone has signed, the signed PDF and audit trail are added to the record's Files, and a field on the record can be updated (for example, Stage to Closed Won). Needs a TurboDocx Pro or Enterprise plan and Salesforce connected in TurboDocx. The TurboDocx update that enables it is rolling out this week.
  • Preview before sending. The Review step has a Document tab that shows the filled-in PDF before it goes out.
  • Signatures panel: refreshes itself after a send, shows the right signer count straight away, and hides Remind and Void on finished documents.
  • Template list includes templates from every folder.
  • Void checks the rep's access to the record and the envelope, from the panel and from Flows.
  • Example setup and sample Service Agreement for a quick first send.

First release of TurboSign for Salesforce as an unlocked package.

Install

Choose Install for Admins Only, then follow Connecting to TurboDocx: add your API key and org id to the TurboDocx API external credential, set the endpoint, and assign the TurboSign Admin and TurboSign User permission sets.

Requires an edition that runs custom Apex: Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance or Developer Edition, or a sandbox of one.

What's in it

  • Send a document for signature from any record, with a review step before sending
  • Signature status, recipients and reminders on the record; void from the record
  • Signature status written back to the record (signed files are saved back to Salesforce from 1.1.0)
  • TurboSign Setup tab for mapping record fields to template tokens, recipients and document names
  • Flow actions for bulk sends, status, reminders and void
  • API key and org id stored encrypted on a Salesforce External Credential, never in a field
