feat: pre-seed known GTNH dimensions in config on first startup

- Add GTNH_DIMENSIONS list (43 dims: vanilla, TF, DeepDark, GalactiCraft,
  GalaxySpace, BartWorks crossmod, Amun-Ra) sourced from DimensionDef.DimNames
- preRegisterKnownDimensions() batch-writes all placeholder sub-sections in
  one save() call during initDimensionConfig; skips already-present sections
- Extract writeDefaultDimensionSection() helper shared by bulk pre-reg and
  the existing per-encounter registerDimension() path
- Update README: document pre-seeding and note that minY/maxY overrides are
  especially important for space dimensions with non-Overworld Y ranges
