- Users will be able to log in, log out, or log in with the demo account

- Users will be able to create a budget based on income or custom budget
- Starting rules: 40% for home, 12% for savings, 8% for transportation, 5% for personal care, 15% food and dining, 5% shopping, 5% entertainment, 2% miscellaneous, 8% debt

- Users will be able to create/read/update/delete transactions
- Database will hold date, amount, category, description
