Notifications

• Mobile notification taps now reach Python via the on_click callback (previously Linux-desktop only).
• New are_notifications_enabled() to query Android 13+ notification-permission state.
• request_permissions() now returns the real grant result instead of a hardcoded true.

AutoStart

• Android boot autostart is now wired through the practical_autostart service (previously a Linux-XDG-only stub).

Tests & examples

• Added tests for the on_click adapter, enabled query, and mobile service delegation.
