Bump to 0.2.0 — flutter deps to latest & native Share + BackgroundService

  • flutter: pasteboard 0.5.0, flutter_local_notifications 22.3.0, wakelock_plus 1.5.2 (1.7.0 incompatible with flet's package_info_plus 9), launch_at_startup 0.5.1, in_app_purchase 3.3.0, share_plus 12.0.1 (flet 0.86.5 pins 12), flutter_foreground_task 11.0.1
  • dart: migrate Pasteboard.writeText void / remove writeHtml, notifications initialize(settings:) + show/cancel(id:) named, WakelockPlus.toggle(enable:), Share -> SharePlus.instance.share(ShareParams), autostart/iap invoker -> addInvokeMethodListener (flet 0.86), add PracticalBackgroundServiceControl (ForegroundService keepalive)
  • python: wire Share to practical_share service (native ACTION_SEND / UIActivityViewController) + new BackgroundService (ForegroundService, battery-optimization helpers, ongoing notification) — fixes Python thread death on Home/desktop
  • bump pyproject + flutter pubspec + init to 0.2.0
  • add examples/08_background.py + README Background Service docs (generic, no Instasave ref)
