A thumbs-up in the conversation list used to show up as coded text. A conversation you watched would slip down as others spoke. And the locate map could empty itself while Community was still thinking.

What's new

  • The list now says who reacted. In the chat itself the emoji was already on the message. The conversation list, though, showed r:90fd:00. It now reads as a sentence: Alice reacted 👍 to "see you at 8". A GIF or a place says so in plain words, too.
  • Pin keeps a chat at the top of the list. Favourites are unchanged: still the shortcut row of faces at the top. Pinning is different—it holds a contact or channel up in the main list, still sorted among pins by who spoke last. Use the chevron on each row, or the same menu from the chat header: pin, notifications, mute, favourite, a channel's regional setting, leave or delete.

Fixed

  • Locate someone from what you already know. Start typing a name and matching contacts from your list show up right away. The map is drawn from your radio and local store first. If Community later adds people it has heard, those circles appear when they arrive. When Community is slow or silent, the local map stays put instead of going blank.
