… local default (#144) ## Changes - Following up from this [comment](Twingate/kubernetes-access-gateway-internal#113 (comment)), we should use a custom `known_hosts` file in the integration test. So user running the integration test won't have to add the CA cert to the default `known_hosts` file (`~/.ssh/known_hosts`)
