DSH-native Vision Evidence bridge for text-only reasoning models.

Highlights

• Vision Auto-Discovery — with only upstreamProvider configured, the
  bridge finds the unique DSH model that positively declares image input and
  pins it as the Vision target on the first image request. Lazy,
  strictly capability-based (no name heuristics, no probing), and fails
  closed with guidance on zero or multiple image-capable models.
• Single-image U+200B envelope tolerance — the bounded leading-U+200B
  parse tolerance is extended from the multi-image path to the single-image
  path; EVIDENCE_POLICY_VERSION 4 → 5.
• Installer V0.3.1 — upstream (text-only) candidate auto-selection from
  DSH settings.yaml, minimal upstream-only (Auto) configuration writes,
  and a new --upstream-provider <id> flag.

Quick install (needs Node.js >= 22.19 and pnpm on PATH):
