To install download and drop reinforcedchests.bluemap.zip in your {ROOT}/configs/bluemap/resourcepacks/ Forge server directory. Run the /bluemap reload command to load the new textures then either wait for Bluemap to update naturally, use the /bluemap update command or force the whole world to update with /bluemap force-update
