  • 侧边栏 Liquid Glass 选中态：macOS Sequoia 风格磨砂玻璃 + 选中态蓝色图标

修复

  • ESC 现在一次就能退出覆盖层（之前需按两次）
  • 悬停窗口时不再出现「双层阴影」视觉残留
  • 状态栏菜单合并为「智能截图」，删除冗余入口
