Learner is now installable via Homebrew (personal tap) and apt (.deb via
GitHub Releases), in addition to the curl one-liner and clone-and-run
paths. Adds an install-origin marker so `learner update` defers to the
package manager instead of curl-reinstalling when package-managed.
