NOTE: My github large file storage (lfs) bandwidth quota was exceeded. We only have 1 300MB test file, so we are below our storage quota. However, once we implemented continuous integration, the continued access to this file has pushed my account over the limit and lfs has been disabled. If you scroll to previous github actions, you can see our tests pass when the lfs file is able to be accessed.
