Learn about vigilant mode.

-Added "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons to set mod priority. Mods at the top of the list now override conflicting files from mods lower down, fixing issues with custom HUDs.
-Fixed a bug that caused confirmation pop-ups to sometimes appear twice after installing a new mod.
-Implemented general stability and performance improvements.
