Tylevo's Tactical Services Control v1.3.11

SPT 4.1.5 / EFT 0.16.9.5.40743

This release includes the features and fixes from the withdrawn v1.3.10 release and the intermediate GitHub builds since TSC v1.0.8 / SPT 4.0.13, together with the new Pilot Services interface and optional Pilot Questline. The cumulative patch notes are included below so users coming from the last available version can see the complete update.

Downloads

  • Main TSC ZIP — the complete mod. Pilot is available immediately, the working TSC Uplink costs ₽50,000, and configured services retain their normal prices and authorization limits. No introduction quests are required.
  • Optional Pilot Questline ZIP — server content that requires the main mod and adds the three-quest introduction. Fika players use the same main TSC client in both modes.
  • SHA256SUMS.txt — checksums for both ZIPs.

Added in v1.3.11

  • Optional quest progression: install the separate Pilot Questline add-on to earn the working Uplink and service access. The main download keeps immediate access through Pilot.
  • Open Channel — Mechanic: available at level 5. Hand over 2 Wires and 2 Capacitors to unlock Pilot and his repair quest.
  • Some Assembly Required — Pilot: hand over 1 Broken GPhone, 1 Electronic components, and 1 Screwdriver. This quest ends entirely through handover. Both handover quests accept ordinary items without a found-in-raid requirement.
  • Back on the Air — Pilot: install the supplied Radio repeater at Shoreline's weather-station antenna, then survive Shoreline and return to Pilot. Placement takes 40 seconds; a completed installation persists through death, allowing a later successful extraction. Completion awards the working TSC Uplink and opens replacement phone purchases. Replacement repeaters cost ₽20,000 after acceptance; replacement phones cost ₽50,000 after completion.
  • Pilot's Services tab: the pre-raid support store is now at Traders > Pilot > Services, with a compact service list, detail panels, aircraft artwork, updated icons and portraits, purchase history, and native trader balance synchronization. Purchases retain the existing stash payment and authorization flow.
  • Profile-based access: with the add-on installed, completing the final quest unlocks all configured services together. A borrowed phone or a quest merely ready to complete does not bypass progression. Fika verifies the requesting player's permission independently of the host; passengers can still board an authorized extraction.
  • Phone availability: TSC no longer injects working phones into random loot in either installation mode.
  • Separate Toolkit dependency: install UnityToolkit 2.0.2 separately. It replaces the older bundled Toolkit arrangement; TSC's ZIP does not include Toolkit or a compatibility overlay.

Previous patch notes included — v1.3.10 and intermediate builds

These changes are carried forward from the withdrawn release and the updates developed since TSC v1.0.8 / SPT 4.0.13:

UH-60 Cargo Transfer

Cargo Transfer replaces Priority Exfil. Call the helicopter to a loading zone, use SEND ITEMS VIA UH-60, and send loot home while you remain in the raid. Accepted cargo arrives through UH-60 Pilot mail after the raid.

The support authorization pays for dispatch. Submitting items has a separate RUB handling fee, paid from carried money or your stash through the F12 Transfer fee source setting. The helicopter leaves after a successful paid transfer. Cancelling or failing payment keeps the remaining loading window open. Standard Extraction still extracts your PMC and has separate timing settings.

Phone interface and controls

  • Redesigned live purchase screens show service prices, availability, balances, and updated artwork.
  • Purchase screens stay horizontal until the final upright confirmation swipe.
  • Hold Left Alt and left-click to browse and select with the phone cursor. Release Alt to look around. Number-key navigation remains available.
  • Phone zoom eases in and out, with configurable timing and framing in F12. Deployment and radar views retain the raid FOV.
  • Improved phone equip/stow cleanup, radar lifetime handling, and targeting readiness.
  • Pre-raid support purchasing remains available through its current location, Traders > Pilot > Services.

Pilot and the Uplink

  • Pilot sells the TerraGroup TSC Uplink for ₽50,000 at loyalty level 1, with five per restock. Main TSC has no quest requirement; the optional add-on supplies progression.
  • A dedicated fourth special slot holds the Uplink without occupying the usual three special slots. The phone can also be carried in the inventory.
  • Pilot has updated trader artwork and delivers accepted UH-60 cargo through mail.

Recon radar

  • Hold J to view active reconnaissance on the physical phone.
  • Select HUD mode for a compact scanner in a chosen screen corner.
  • Recon continues while the phone is stowed. Radar information remains visible only to its requester.

Payments, authorizations, and configuration

  • Support prices can use RUB, USD, or EUR, with carried money or stash payment where configured. Cargo handling remains RUB-only. Changing the configured currency does not convert existing price values.
  • Strengthened authorization synchronization and consumption, failed-dispatch refunds, and interrupted payment recovery across saves and reconnects.
  • Open the themed TerraGroup dashboard through SIC > Mod pages > Tactical Services Control in the launcher. SIC's native config editor is also available.
  • Configuration changes are validated and protected against conflicting edits. Native Apply changes runtime settings, Save writes the file, and Load Disk reads saved settings. Failed saves preserve active settings and unsaved dashboard inputs.

A-10 and runtime fixes

  • Corrected A-10 shot origins and compensated for EFT gravity and drag to address impacts falling short of the designated target.
  • Separated standard Extraction and Cargo Transfer timing and improved departure handling after successful cargo submission.
  • Repaired the Uplink asset for the SPT 4.1 runtime and updated client/server references for SPT 4.1.5.

Phone deployment, camera targeting, A-10 Double Pass, UAV Recon, Focused Sweep, and the original dashboard were already present in v1.0.8 and remain included.

Installation and upgrades

Install UnityToolkit 2.0.2 and WTT CommonLib 3.0.6 separately, including their required components. Fika is optional. Neither dependency is bundled in these TSC ZIPs.

  1. Close the game, launcher, and SPT server.
  2. Extract the main TSC ZIP into your SPT root and merge BepInEx and SPT_Runtime.
  3. For quest progression, extract the optional add-on ZIP into the same root. Its content belongs at SPT_Runtime/user/mods/Tylevo.TacticalServicesControl/addons/pilot-questline/. For Fika, install the add-on on the shared SPT server; everyone keeps the matching main client.
  4. Restart the server. Use a fresh profile for the intended quest introduction.

Coming from SPT 4.0.13: install SPT 4.1.5 in a new folder and start a fresh profile. Keep the old installation as a backup. Do not copy its old mods or player ledger into the new setup.

Updating SPT 4.1.x: back up your profiles and TSC's complete config/ and storage/ directories. The ZIPs do not overwrite those directories. Keep one standalone Toolkit installation in its standard plugin and patcher folders. Do not install SamSWAT Fire Support or Arys Reloaded alongside TSC.

Removing the quest add-on: stop the server and remove its entire addons/pilot-questline folder. Back up your profile and TSC storage first if you may restore progression later. SPT removes quest history when its definitions are absent, so reinstalling after playing without the add-on can require completing the introduction again unless a compatible backup is restored. Existing phones remain. Partial or incompatible add-on installations do not grant base access.

GitHub's automatic source archives are not installable mod packages. Use the two ZIP assets linked above. Their existing filenames retain the TESTER suffix.

Getting started

Buy the Uplink from Pilot > Trading, or earn it through the optional questline. Use Pilot > Services for pre-raid purchases, U to open the purchase phone, and K to deploy owned services. Hold Left Alt and left-click to select; keyboard categories 1 / 2 / 3, variants 1 / 2, and Enter confirmation remain available. Middle mouse / Enter confirms targeting, and Alt + RMB / Backspace cancels it.

Validation and known limitations

The clean release source passed 295 regression tests, 7 dashboard interaction tests, and the full SPT 4.1.5 build with deployment disabled. Both ZIPs passed package, extraction, and file-hash validation. The implementation passed 115 native server checks, and the exact server DLL in these archives passed 24 additional native startup/access checks.

In-game validation remains pending for radio placement and interruption, death followed by later Shoreline survival, coexistence with vanilla Signal quests, Pilot Services/phone UI acceptance, and real solo/Fika dispatch. Native final quest completion tests exercised the server reward transition directly; they do not establish field interaction or extraction behavior.

Current Fika multiplayer has not been tested. Cargo Transfer is implemented for solo play and the requesting human Fika host; non-host clients and dedicated-headless requesters cannot use it yet. Dedicated-headless A-10 damage remains experimental. Fika participants must use matching TSC components with service protocol 2.
