[Bug]: video randomly goes to a specific time stamp, can't pause in picture in picture, video reloads.

What happened?

When I expected the video to play normally, video starts to glitch.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to video
2. Starts glitching after awhile

Android has even more issues than the desktop.

1. If I go to a specific time stamp
2. The video go to the other timestamp and won't go forward or backwards.

On desktop it buffers, fast forwards, and skips timestamps too

And by the way, the screen dims on android and it needs to be optimized for tablets too.

Update time stamps are not an issue on desktop anymore. Sorry! Only happens on android.
