feat: release TypeType 1.2.0

Summary

• prepare TypeType 1.2.0 with the Android VOD playback contract, faster SABR seeks and progressive subscription loading
• advance Server, Frontend and Player to their reviewed main revisions
• publish the Frontend as 1.2.0 and pin @typetype/mse 0.1.38
• include livestream, mobile MSE, playback state and speed improvements
• credit the users and PipePipe contributors who helped diagnose the release

Production behavior

• Android receives complete standard DASH VOD manifests and same-origin subtitle resources
• normal seeks and SponsorBlock skips reuse the current SABR playback session
• livestream playback preserves live-edge, codec-switch and replacement-session behavior
• subscription feeds render progressively
• playback progress and volume remain stable across temporary media transitions
• playback speeds are available up to 4x
• no database schema or environment value changes

Deployment requirements

• no database migration is required
• no environment change is required
• stable component images are available for AMD64 and ARM64
• Android active livestream playback remains disabled until its dynamic MPD contract is ready
