修复
- 地图底图恢复显示：CARTO 底图开始要求密钥，现在默认改用 OpenFreeMap（OpenStreetMap 数据），不需要密钥。
- 修复和风天气的认证问题，Juhe 没有数据时，和风备用源可以正常加载。
- 英文界面下，历史和预报里的强度不再显示成中文，台风列表里也不再重复显示台风编号。

Fixes
- The basemap is back: CARTO tiles started requiring a key, so the default is now OpenFreeMap (OpenStreetMap data), which needs no key.
- Fixed QWeather authentication, so the QWeather backup source loads when Juhe has no data.
- In the English UI, intensity in History and Forecast is no longer shown in Chinese, and storm IDs are no longer repeated in the list.

The GitHub edition now ships as per-architecture APKs only; there is no universal APK.
