Raspberry Pi rpi-6.18.y (6.18.44, base ce0873cb5e0c) + usb: dwc2: host: No ISOC OUT start-split allowed in uframe 7.

Fixes USB audio (FS UAC) behind the FE2.1 hub on the CM5 carrier being silently muted by dwc2. Built with make bindeb-pkg from bcm2712_defconfig, CONFIG_LOCALVERSION="-dwc2fix".

Consumed by typixdeck-stage/00-install-kernel at image build time (CI downloads these assets and checks SHA256SUMS). Not a TypixDeck OS image.
