Initial Public Release

This is a companion to my To Do app, which wasn’t previously published because I wanted to fix an annoyance first. That has now been fixed. The code is currently built on Android Studio 3.0 and supports Android 2.2 (Froyo) and higher, targeting Android 6 (Marshmallow).
